Sofia Arce
General Manager and Shareholder
Sofia was born and brought up in Talara, a former American oil camp, located North of Peru close to the border with Ecuador. She pursued her undergraduate studies in The University of Texas at Austin where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics. After returning to Peru, she worked in Corporate Banking for seven years. As a Relationship Manager Head she was responsible for a team of relationship officers and for meeting all the financial needs multinational companies in Peru may have. In search of new and enriching personal and academic experiences, she decided to pursue MBA studies in SDA Bocconi in Milan - Italy. These experiences allowed her to travel and interact with people from very different countries and backgrounds, which strenghten her desire to share her knowledge of Peru with people around the globe. This resulted in her returning to Peru for a second time to start her own online Tourism Company. Luckily, she happened to meet the right business partners to make business with and here they are. They are working hard to make your visit to Peru remained as one of the most fulfilling and unique experiences of your lifetime!

She was born and raised in Lima. She lived in Vancouver - Canada for three years and a half after finishing high school. Living and working abroad gave her the opportunity to share a lot about Peru and its culture as well as to learn from others. She then realized that many people wanted to travel to Peru and experience its magnificent archaeological sites and its amazing nature and adventure activities. As a result, she decided to study Tourism and Hospitality in Peru. She is now working in designing trip itineraries to Peru for worldwide travelers. |

He was born in the heart of the Inca land, Cusco. He is proud to live in this blessed country following the Andean rule, "Ayni" (in quechua lenguage), which means "to share" everything about this wise culture.
He started working as a tourist guide since his teenage years learning from the best teacher he has ever had, his dad. He also learnt from his father to deeply love and be proud of the Andean culture. Through his life, he has been in touch with different Andean communities, learning from their ancient traditions. On the other hand, he traveled to several countries in South America and North America, which allowed him to understand different cultures and respect them.
One of his goals is to continue his professional development in Intense Peru, a company with a modern commercial strategy. In this job, he has the opportunity not only to share his personal experiences, knowledge, and skills with the rest of the team but also to learn best practices that will help him grow both personally and professionally.

Operations - Cusco
She was born in Calca, one of the cities along the Sacred Valley of the Incas. She has an experience of more than 10 years in Tourism Management which has helped her understand about what the needs of customers are and how to satisfy them successfully even when feeling sick with Soroche (altitud sickness)!
She is a dynamic, thoughtful and creative person willing to take new challenges. She also has high vocation of service and the necessary skills to interact at any level and solve difficult situations. She looks forward to continue improving as a person as well as to grow profesionally as part of Intense Peru’s team. She knows with Intense Peru she has the oppotunity to apply her skills.
